Had a quick question any one know how to lower your Compression Ratio if i get new rods ect think that would lower it? hope someone can help me

why would you want to lower your compression are you turboing your car. cause then I think you could run more boost. but other then that there isn't really a reason to lower your compression. I know you can raise your compression by boring out a cylinder and head. you can also raise compression by puting a small head on a bigger block. So reverse thinking if you put a big head on a little block I think that might lower it. but honestly I am not to sure. But for what ever reason you want to lower it good luck.  |
